Rowena graduated from Aston University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting for Management.
She began her career gaining accounts experience in a small general practice and foreign exchange company, before joining the Advent family in 2008. She went on to complete her accountancy qualification with the ACCA and has managed and overseen the running of the Finance function at Advent for more than a decade. Rowena is responsible for all aspects of financial and investor reporting, compliance and HR for the Company. She also holds the position of Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the Firm.
