Will joined Advent in November 2025 and is a member of the Finance Team.

As Accounts Assistant, Will oversees the day-to-day management of Advent’s accounts, as well as aiding in portfolio valuations and management reporting. He has previously held a finance position at Q5 Partners and has completed an internship with J.P. Morgan. He also has experience in audit as an analyst for PRGX Global.

Will holds a BSc in Business with Industrial Experience from the University of Exeter and is training towards his ACCA qualification.
