Gail Jermyn

Investor Relations Partner

Gail joined Advent Life Sciences in 2026 to lead investor relations and fundraising.

Prior to joining Advent, she worked in investor relations at WPC, a private equity independent sponsor and at Colony Capital, a real estate private equity fund manager. Before that she joined the investor relations team at BC Partners to raise their ninth fund and was involved in all aspects of the fundraise. Previously she worked for MVision Private Equity Advisers and Atlantic-Pacific Capital, both placement agents. Here she was involved in a number of different fundraises across a diverse spectrum of geographies and industries.

Gail holds a BA in French and Spanish from Royal Holloway, University of London.
